Halle has worked with leaders, entrepreneurs and all around busy people for 20 years helping them to live and work more effectively, efficiently and confidently.
As a child of a parent battling depression, Halle began advocating at an early age that change is possible when self-awareness and courage combine. During summers through college, Halle worked as an independent contractor selling kitchen cutlery. Yes, she had “that job”! At 20, her work ethic and leadership abilities earned the opportunity to open an office where she recruited, trained and motivated a sales force of 50 peers. This experience sparked her fascination with the entrepreneurial mindset, individual achievement and began her own self-improvement journey.
After graduating from Indiana University and armed with a degree in Biology, Halle quickly discovered a traditional nine-to-five wasn’t her style and took a wild leap into the world of sales & entrepreneurship, rising to the top of a multi-billion dollar organization. Her responsibilities included recruiting talent, training hundreds of sales professionals, speaking to the masses and coaching high performers through the challenges of leadership. While there, she learned the value of focus and hustle but at the expense of self-care, resulting in mono and a 2 year recovery from adrenal fatigue. This experience, combined with wisdom from mentors and coaches, taught Halle to embrace progress over perfection and the immense power in vulnerability.
As a Coach, Halle believes every person has a best version of themselves but day-to-day life, along with limiting beliefs, can get in the way of operating at our maximum potential. Halle is passionate about supporting business owners and professionals to courageously step out, operate as their most authentic self and create a life and business they are truly inspired to live!
