My name is Anthony, an operations champion by trade and people developer at heart. I have enjoyed over 15 years of successful leadership at industry-leading brands including Starbucks, Under Armour, Trader Joe’s, Target and most recently a pivot toward my passion for developing others as a Sr Training Instructor for Service and Leadership with Tesla Motors.
My success is built upon two fundamental pillars, technical competence and empathy; the ability to recognize, develop, and amplify the talents of others. Throughout my career, I have
blended my superpower of forming genuine human connections with creative problem solving to deliver consistent results. I thrive in challenging and ambiguous environments that allow me to leverage past experiences while gaining new knowledge. My passion lies in building, developing, and promoting teams, building a career on the concepts of Servant Leadership, Dale Carnegie, and Situational Leadership techniques.
My deliberately diverse leadership career has allowed me to solve similar problems with different, creative approaches. I am adaptable to ambiguity and have successfully led teams through several unique, revenue generating projects that include new store openings; flagship and global headquarter locations; and concept and test stores.
