Barry Angeline is an executive consultant focusing on process improvement, complex system modeling, and risk analysis. He is the current owner and principal consultant of Cybberricade, a company that offers several consultancy services, especially those related to federal emergency management. Among his key projects at Cyberricade include: Using lean six sigma during the Puerto Rico disaster recovery, and creating training modules. Before launching Cyberricade, Angeline had built his experience within different government agencies. Among them is the Environmental Protection Agency where he used lean process improvement to ensure the implementation of the toxic substance control act. He also worked at the Office of the Personnel Management National Background Investigation Bureau, where he managed and directed large-scale project initiatives within IT Security & Risk Analysis. He also offered his services to the private sector, working for some of the largest corporations globally. Angeline has worked with some of the world's biggest and most influential companies. He has lent his skills to Tremco Inc (U.S), BF Goodrich, General Electric, Merrill Lynch, and Sun Microsystems - to name but a few. Angeline believes his success is a combination of his many years of experience and academic background. He is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certified professional with a Master of Science degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He also has an MBA awarded with distinction, Strategic Management Award, Mensa from the Manchester Business School, and made it to the Dean's High Honor List in Internal Marketing from the International University of Japan.
