His storytelling journey began early on during his entrepreneurial stint in advertising and design. A behind-the-scenes tour at Disneyland during a 6-sigma project solidified his belief in the role storytelling plays in leadership.
Over the last 3 decades, Vinod's roles have been in people and project leadership at Cisco, WebEx, and Motorola. His rich experience comes from growing leaders, facilitating mindset shifts in organizations, shaping culture, and enhancing people performance.
In 2019, he founded DustyPaths with a mission to bring the power of storytelling to organizations. He has worked with a broad selection of companies in IT, Aeronautics, Automotive, AI, Manufacturing, Adventure Tourism, and Marketing.
Vinod comes with an MBA in Human Resources Management and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). He has been a certified NLP Master Practitioner for the last 25 years.
Vinod is a speaker and panelist for topics such as Storytelling, Leadership, Communication, Work Culture, and People Engagement & Performance. His sessions are known to be highly engaging and transformative.
Vinod is an avid trekker, photographer, and barefoot ultra marathon runner.
