Avilone has been a RN for over 25 years with a Master's Degree and has many years of teaching and speaking in front of groups. Parallel to her nursing career she studied energy healing and has now stepped into this arena as the Founder of the Emotional Relief Catalyst energy healing modality. This is a unique, no touch technique that has come through as a result of becoming adept at both working with and perceiving energy.
Avilone helps individuals move forward in their lives by gently removing stuck or stored emotions from the energy field that surrounds each of us. These stuck or stored emotions can inhibit us from living in alignment with our purpose and goals and can interfere with our ability to experience a healthy and fulfilling life. These stuck or stored emotions can sabotage our ability to manifest what it is we truly desire in life, such as healthy relationships, physical health, prosperity, abundance, success and more.

Her work has allowed individuals with emotional issues from childhood abuse, grief from broken relationships, and hurts and wounds from dysfunctional family relationships move forward and experience life in healthier and more fulfilling ways.
She has enabled individuals who were stuck in unhealthy relationships or in unfulfilling jobs to move forward on a path more in alignment with their goals and purpose.
