Augustine Ume-Ezeoke

My name is Augustine Ume-Ezeoke and I have committed myself to the academic understanding and practical application of personal training and sport specific performance. I have trained athletes and everyday individuals with a professional approach, helping them achieve their fitness, health and athletic goals.

I have been in the fitness/coaching industry for the past 10 years. I am a former professional athlete and college football coach.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, Dietetics and Nutrition and a Master in Kinesiology/Physical Education. Level 1&2 CPT-World instructor training school

Fitness is not just a job, for me it is a passion. Health and Fitness planted a seed of ambition in my life and it continues to grow. Inspiring every client to believe in their own process.
