Prior to becoming a certified professional coach, Audrey was a successful personal trainer and fitness instructor in New York City. Her passion for transformation led her to coaching over 10 years ago. She firmly believes in the power of the connecting the Divine and human potential to help others create the life they want. Drawing from over 18 years of professional fitness experience, Ms. Kirnon is dedicated to sharing successful mind strengthening strategies that support her clients in embracing a more inspired and balanced life.
Ms. Kirnon is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She received her Level I & II Reiki attunements from Turning Point Reiki in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Ms. Kirnon also studied Communications at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Audrey resides in Stamford, CT where she can be found reading in the park on sunny days. She loves to travel, play Scrabble, watch movies and have dance-offs with her 7 nieces.
