For the last 12 years I have assisted other executives, and their factory and functional teams, achieve performance excellence. Understanding and intentionally developing our own presence in these six leadership styles can change your leadership impact. This 120-minute session sheds light on these six styles and encourages leaders to recognize when each is either necessary or missing in our relational processes.

Foundations of Tactical Leadership

In this 16-hour session we explore many of the tactical processes that solid leadership requires.
