Ashley Baxter

Ashley Baxter is a powerful speaker that is passionate about helping people and organizations reach their full potential. She has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate industry, with business expertise in marketing and sales development, multi-site team management, leadership coaching, culture strategy, team development, organizational model build-out and financial planning. Ashley also serve on the Executive Pastoral Staff at her home church, Anchor Bend.

Ashley is a the Founder of Mission Forward LLC., where she pursues her passion for unlocking small business and church organizations’ full potential with her Husband and team. As a team, they aim to help move mission-minded vision forward, while helping to advance Gods Kingdom here on Earth.

She is a mother of two daughters, Scarlett and Saylor, as well as the wife of Kevin Baxter.
