It disheartens me when I hear the youth of today talking about the challenges they face with anxiety, depression and peer relationships. Our teenage years are cruial in the develoment of our identity, so rather than filling it with stress, anxiety, and depression, why not fill it with fun, curiosity, and self discovery?
