Anne Lockner earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999 and expanded her expertise with a Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2017. A respected litigator and partner at Robins Kaplan LLP, Anne has extensive experience in industries including construction, technology, logistics, investment advising, and healthcare.
