Andy Ryley

Andy has over ten years experience in Sports Coaching and Development both in the UK and the USA coaching sports such as Football, Rugby and Multi-Sports from ages 6+.

​Andy has chosen to use his own experiences with mental health issues to spread the message that people do not have to suffer alone or in silence by using physical activity as the tool to build positive social change.

We have four main aims at Impactivity: Talking Without Limits:

- To promote positive mental health and raise awareness of the support people can get.

- To offer bespoke workshops for schools showing that communication is key and that pupils are not alone with their challenges.

- To provide a range of fun and engaging sports activities for all participants allowing them to feel comfortable to talk to like-minded people.

- Use physical activity as the tool to make positive social change for all Impactivity: Talking Without Limits participants.
