ARMA International released their first edition of the Information Governance Body of Knowledge (IGBOK) in February of 2018. Many of you who are new to IG may not be familiar with the topics in the IGBOK. As a writer and contributor to the IGBOK, Andrew is ready to walk you through the IGBOK and help you identify areas where your IG program can improve.

Organizations today are challenged by tackling the governance of information. Most organizations are not sure where to start or are unaware of the risks to their organization as a result of poor information governance. This presentation makes the case on why information governance is a must in organizations and provides information on how to create a strategy, build a business case, implement and maintain an information governance program at any organization. Further, the discussion expands into what certifications are available to help tackle all aspects of IG!

Andrew worked closely with the Institute of Certified Records Managers to develop and plan the workshop to train hundreds of aspiring records managers and records analysts. Andrew can conduct a Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Records Analyst (CRA) workshop for your audience.
