She has a proven track record in guiding sizable, cross-functional teams in several operation-centered activities. She has experience and training as an expert negotiator, presenter and problem-solver with specific proficiency in relationship management, both within the organization and with external strategic partners. Andrea enjoys traveling, exploring foods and dominating a 3G Orange Theory class as she lives her ideal life helping companies implement EOS and get what they want from their business.
