Work-Life Integration

We now live in a 24/7 always-connected business environment. Your company doesn’t stop running when you leave the office or when you go on vacation. That’s why instead of work/life balance, I prefer to think of work/life integration, which creates more synergies among all areas of our lives and puts us in control of how we allocate our time. In other words, it’s the ability to blend what you need to do personally and professionally to make both ares successful for you, which in return results in less stress, anxiety and more fulfillment. My goal is to show you how you can do it all. Just not ALL at ONCE.

My professional journey in event productions is influenced by my own personal narrative of finding my place among men for the last 20 years in the mostly male-dominated audio-visual event industry, which is the main driver behind my passion and conviction that there’s room for more women at the tech table, women have a place in this industry, they belong here! My desire is to use my influence and any opportunity presented to empower women to believe in themselves, in their technical capacity and contributions to the event productions industry!

I am an event professional, an entrepreneur and a Certified Meeting Professional with 15+ years of experience in Event Management & Productions that specializes in a very unique niche of the event industry: The ultimate technical event planner for the event planner! I am passionate about supporting, educating and empowering - through speaking opportunities and my professional Podcast - the corporate, nonprofit, for-profit, special event planner/manager and their events to leverage audio-visual, lighting, projection and other event technologies to create unique and memorable event experiences!
