She has lent a voice to sustainability awareness in society by creating the first sustainability niche media in UAE in 2009 which inspires residents to take steps towards a sustainable lifestyle. She has also initiated new ideas & brought a change or improvement where required by setting up a new department, streamlining existing business practices, and introducing new business processes.
