Amanda Chils is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist and Primal Health Coach who specializes in the intersection of holistic health and depression, anxiety and trauma. My only goal is to help others live their best lives and achieve happiness, through education and whole hearted support. I run a private practice and a coaching business with the aim to empower others to take control of their lives and find alignment with their highest self.
