Ama 'That Inclusion Lady' Agyapong is a dynamic speaker and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in corporate Human Resources Leadership, DEI consulting (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and training for Fortune 100, nonprofit, and university clients.

The "F-Word" ... Feedback

Most people don’t enjoy giving feedback. Add a difference of race or gender and the discomfort grows exponentially. Through roleplay and hands-on activities, learn the importance of building relationships with employees and tactics on how to provide culturally competent feedback. The goal is to get better at developing talent by providing clear and actionable feedback to all people.

The "B-Word" ... Bias

This workshop explores three pertinent aspects of unconscious bias: understanding bias, recognizing bias, and mitigating bias. Through awareness-building activities and the exploration of real-life scenarios, employees are provided the techniques to learn, recognize, & mitigate bias in everyday workplace situations. The goal is to mitigate not eliminate, because that’s impossible!

This workshop focuses on the Deloitte 6 C’s of the Inclusive Leadership Model, assisting leaders in understanding their implicit assumptions and preferences.
