American filmmaker, poet, author, and film herstorian. Her book, "Reel Women: Pioneers of the Cinema, The First Hundred Years" was the first on the market to reveal the transformative role that women played in all aspects of the film industry since 1896. Her award winning film, "Reel Herstory: The REAL Story of Reel Women", is hosted by Jodie Foster.
