Allison Ford

Allison Ford is a former Pro Football Player, High School English Teacher, and Playwrite who inspires Youth and Women in Business through her own observations battling on the field and deligating through the school halls.

After many years of coaching high-performance habits, and teaching AP students how to accomplish the same, she brings a unique sense of authenticity to the world of motivation and perfectionism and offers her audience a chance to step outside of that process and find something deeper to fuel their success.

She understands the desire to push and hustle, as she has done, but ultimately offers a new way of looking at the self, and how you are leading the team of one.
