Allie Cayanan

Allie is a member of the American Institute of Stress, Diploma-holder of 2 International Stress Management Trainings, a Certified Professional Life Coach by the American Life Coach Academy, a Certified Law of Attraction Advanced Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and a Human Rights Training Specialist.

She is an advocate for individualism and self-empowerment in the midst of mishaps, failures, and real-world competition on success and achievements.

Allie is also a founding member of the International Association for Positive Psychology Coaches.

Still in line with her aspiration to help people overcome their struggles like she did, she founded and created RunVigor Stress Control Training Center.

Having gone through struggles in life by juggling work and school as early as 17 and never giving up on each step of the way, having worked in various industries, Allie has learned to apply the principles of positive psychology, The Law of Attraction, and the practices set forth by the International Coaching Federation to bring out the best in each phase.
