Morgan White is based out of Washington, DC and serves as an Organizational Development Senior Consultant for Continuum Consulting Services LLC. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and brings several years of experience on employee and organization experience and well-being.

Morgan completed her bachelor’s degree in public health and community health education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She also has a master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University.

Known for her engaging speaking style, she is a skilled facilitator and trainer, specializing in resiliency, team building, culture enhancement, leadership and organizational development. In this trepidatious time of navigating constant novel unknowns, the need for resilience and whole life balance is expanding. Enhancing Team Cohesion Through Effective Communication

Communicating effectively is a critical success factor to any team and organizational culture. It promotes collaboration, fosters understanding and trust, encourages an open feedback culture, allows for the sharing of diverse perspectives, facilitates problem solving and decision ensures team members understand each other and are aligned, making. This interactive workshop will have you up and moving as you enhance skills like active listening, productive feedback, the art of asking questions, covering the bases, understanding preferences and styles and more to improve communication and team collaboration across your organization!

Stress to Strength

Coping with all the changes of adjusting to the new normal can feel challenging. It's impossible not to feel some level of frustration, sadness, anxiety, or any wide range of emotions given the current trepidatious times. And it’s no secret that this level of stress negatively impacts your mind, body, and behavior. This interactive training session will investigate multiple strategies for identifying and managing stressors provide you tricks and tools to combat stress and regain balance by strengthening your resiliency muscle. Take some time to put your oxygen mask on first and prioritize your mental and emotional well-being.

Finding a healthy balance while juggling responsibilities during these unprecedented times can be overwhelming. As we seek to avoid burnout and find better balance in all aspects of our lives, it has become more important than ever to understand and enforce our boundaries. This session will provide you the space to explore your personal boundaries, learn tips and tools to help enforce them and find better balance in life.
