I am a 47 year old male rape survivor who has found strength in forgiveness, acceptance and perseverance regarding being violently raped when i was 11 years old, which left me with permanent physical and mental scars. I would like to share with others how to turn trauma into triumph, and scars into strength, all while processing the daily reminders of what happened to me. I would like to share how to reclaim the power exerted over me so long ago as a child, and turn it into added power and strength in current life circumstances.
