Attorney Goldsby is an award-winning attorney, speaker, and coach to women and students of color passionate about diversity and spreading the VALUE Vision! Attorney Goldsby received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.

As The VALUE Coach, Attorney Goldsby is a sought-after speaker and coach to women and students of color helping them avoid obstacles that cause them to question their value. Through her VALUE Method, she teaches you how to elevate your life and career by using your VALUE. VALUE stands for using your VOICE to ADVOCATE so others can LEARN and UNDERSTAND your EXCELLENCE.

Her signature talk, "The VALUE Vision," takes listeners on a journey of her own struggles with self-worth as a Black woman

and teaches them the importance of knowing their value and why their value is non-negotiable.

Attorney Goldsby is also the Founder of Black Esquire® which helps pre-law students navigate the complexities of the law school application process and has a mission of increasing diversity in the legal profession by raising the population of Black lawyers in the U.S., which is currently only 5%.
