Aditi Loveridge (she/her) is a certified coach, community builder, and belongingness expert. She is the Founder/CEO of the registered charity Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre, and Co-Founder of Seeds of Growth, a Grief & Loss Coach Certification program. Aditi is also the creator of the Microdose Method™, a revolutionary coaching approach designed to support those navigating loss. Additionally, she serves as the Board Co-Chair of Skipping Stone Foundation, an organization that empowers trans youth and adults.
As a queer woman of color, Aditi’s life work centers around creating equitable spaces for all people, and she is a fierce advocate for intersectional restorative social justice and equality. Aditi delivers authentic and intimate keynotes that encourage audiences to show up as their most human selves in personal and professional spaces. She deeply understands the power of community and belonging, offering practical tools that empower audiences to take meaningful action in their own lives.
A recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for outstanding community service, Aditi has built a diverse and inclusive community supporting thousands of families of all ethnic backgrounds, faiths, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Under her leadership, the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre has quickly become a leader in equitable bereavement support practices.
Aditi was recently honored as a finalist for the prestigious RBC Women Entrepreneur Awards, further recognizing her dedication to driving change. In addition, her coaching certification program is consistently sold out, becoming widely regarded for its inclusive approach to bereavement education.
In her free time, Aditi enjoys spending time with her son, reading, watching reality TV shows, and traveling.
