I have been working for 13 years in the Corporate world and have had an immense learning journey across varied verticals like Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Global Key Account Management, Strategic Program Management, Business Analysis primarily within Telecom & Technology sectors.
I have worked across Global MNCs & Family owned businesses. I have worked with CXOs (X= Executive, Finance, Marketing, Operations) for a substantial part of my career and this gives me the vantage point to think micro and macro, craft business strategy & orchestrate strategy execution.
Currently I am Chief of Staff to CEO of a Tech organization.(INR 3000 crores or $450 mn topline)
I am also passionate about Diversity. I am the co-founder of DEI group in my current organization and have been an ICC member (mandated under POSH Act, 2013). I have received CEO award for Outstanding contribution to Diversity, for conducting a Diversity roadshow (being the sole trainer) for 300+ participants across 6 locations (plants & offices). It was a liberating experience.
