Adelyn is a certified coach and NLP practitioner focused on using design thinking and innovation techniques to help people transform their life and achieve their goals. Adelyn Ann is a motivational speaker and thought leader who breaks down her decade long study of mindset and human motivation in a way that inspires people to create the radical transformations in their life they desire. In school she struggled with the fact that the system still encourages students to follow a 'typical path' to success and encourages students to fit into a box. When she tried to fit into the mold herself she was unhappy, anxious, and lost. By taking design thinking and innovation concepts she not only transformed her life but realized the lack of knowledge people have about the power they have over their mind and life.
Addie grew up in rural Illinois and spent her time riding and showing horses, participating in 4-H, and running cross country and track. In college she stepped aside from those passions to focus on school but found herself lost, confused, and unsure of her identity. This led to developing an eating disorder to cope with the self-imposed pressure and stress to succeed in being someone she actually wasn't. It wasn't until three family members died in a car accident that she decided to take control back, make radical transformations, and fall in love with every aspect of her life.
She is committed to giving people the tools they need to create a life they are in love with and overcome the anxiety, stress, and pressure that comes with college and a career. Outside of coaching and speaking she spends her time doing extreme sports including ultra-running, mountaineering, climbing, skiing, and mountain biking while traveling. She always has a smile on her face and a never-ending amount of energy to share her passion and excitement with others. She is one of the most relatable and easygoing leaders and can talk about coffee and books for as long as she can talk about complex design thinking and mindset topics.
Adelyn is a student at the University of Notre Dame and completing her degree in business and accountancy. She is an internationally accredited coach and focuses specifically on using innovation and design thinking techniques to teach people how to transform their mind, their reality, and subsequently their life. In addition to helping students and young professionals overcome challenges she also focuses on sports mindset and coaching for high school and college athletes.
