Delivering on Diversity (For Employers)

This presentation can be adapted to fit the event topic or converted into an interactive seminar.

Diversity is something that is spoken about a lot, acted on occasionally and rarely executed. It is not just a tick-box or PR exercise, it is essential for business success and is proven to improve the bottom line for businesses.

Taking an anecdotal and honest approach Sydney briefly covers the business case for diversity and how to successfully implement this in a business whilst keeping it interactive and as relevant as possible for attendees. Topics can be adapted but usually hiring, values, to C-suite bias, employee engagement and business pro-activity are elements that are covered.

This talk will clarify, inspire and leave attendees feeling equipped to deliver on diversity.
