James Cassidy

James is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner and resilience professional. He has deep rooted experience helping organisations develop strategies and implement solutions to enhance 'full spectrum' climate and organisational resilience solutions.

James is the founding Director of Oakas Limited, a consultancy that has delivered internationally for clients across the private, public and third sectors. Including national governments throughout Europe.

James' experience in the military in the Commando and Parachute Regiments, his voluntary role as a Royal National Lifeboat crew member on his local lifeboat and knowledge gained developing and running businesses provides material which guarantees engaging talks.
