Bio

I am known as the Dragon Tamer, I am the CEO of Palmyra Business Consulting and Elite Dragon Taming. I have over 20 years experience in strategy, culture change, employee engagement and leadership development and coaching. My passion is breaking people from their Dragons referring to their unconscious patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving which block, limit and sabotage their success. I empower people to tame their Dragons to work for them as opposed to against them and unlock their purpose, power and limitless potential. When people grow, organizations grow which in turn elevates communities, countries and in turn the world. This is how I change the world. I have worked with numerous organisations globally across a range of industries, I coach C- suite leaders, VIP's and leadership teams to bring about massive transformation and impact. I hold a PhD in Business Management, I'm a certified change manager, a Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, an accredited Master coach and a Six Sigma greenbelt and I practice Tai Chi and Chi Kung at the most advanced levels having trained with Grand Master Sifu Wong Kiew-Kit. I have papers published in top tier journals and was named as one of the top entrepreneurs by Entrepreneurs Herald, one of the top life coaches by NYC journal and a Global Icon by Passion Vista

Seven powerful Dragons referring to your ineffective templates of thinking, feeling and behaving which play out through defense mechanisms block your path to happiness and success. They roar, breathe fire, paralyze us with their size. They trap us with limitations and distractions all the while holding from us their toxic lies.

In this presentation we explore the impact of 3 of the dominant Dragons and the impact these have on leaders and business and some key strategies to taking them down resulting in more powerful thinking and behaving. When we become aware of our Dragon patterns, we can manage them, transform them, and emerge as our true authentic selves. This is when we lead at our best!
