I have 15 years of experience in international organizations across Europe and North America. My more recent roles have involved development and implementation of policy for technology-led border management with the European Union and the UN's specialized agency for civil aviation, ICAO. Previously, I worked on development of computational technologies for international research at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory.
Across my career, I have brought simplicity to complex topics, engaging and collaborating widely and building multi-stakeholder and multilateral partnerships to innovate and deliver significant community advancement. Such ability to navigate such complexity and ambiguity is based on polymath abilities developed through PhD education in natural sciences, Masters education in Business Administration and work experience across diverse fields.
