Laker for a Day

UCLA Health picks a special patient to honor every year. I was chosen in 2019 to represent UCLA Health. A video was made about how I survived stage IV cancer, and started Zero Negative, my company that spreads LOVE through accessories that give back to cancer research at UCLA's JCCF.

Jennifer Greenhut turned her stage IV breast cancer diagnosis into an inspiring, uplifting story. The lessons she learned led her to create Zero Negative, which promotes love and positivity through accessories. A portion of the company’s profits is donated to UCLA’s JCCF to support cancer research. Jennifer's story and products have been featured on Extra Tonight, Good Morning LaLa Land, the Hallmark Channel, Ventura Blvd Magazine, and in various podcasts. In addition, she was honored by UCLA Health and the Lakers in their Laker For A Day program, sharing her story at a Lakers Game. She is also a published author of Everyone Needs a Larry, with her husband, Larry, a he-said-she-said quirky, romantic, and humorous survival story that shares the lessons, mistakes, and joys of a couple fumbling their way through cancer, love, and marriage.

LOVE Your Challenge

Whether you are going through a breakup, losing a spouse, or receiving a stage IV cancer diagnosis, it is important to embrace your situation with love and gratitude, believing that there might be a reason for it, even if you never fully understand why. We are all surviving something, and every adversity we face is a blessing in its own right, as long as we believe it as such. Gratitude for the journey helps us embrace every life adversity we face. I believe when WE believe in our challenges, we have the capacity to surrender to everything we cannot control, trusting that everything we go through leads us to where we are meant to be, and closer to who we truly are...LOVE.

I like to think of it this way:
When we love our hell, we will be in heaven.
