Bio

Vic Clesceri is a leadership development practitioner, organizational development strategist, author, and speaker who helps leaders and organizations move from striving to significance—personally, professionally, and spiritually.

With more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Vic left the corporate world in 2022 after a season of deep discernment that culminated in hiking the Camino de Santiago. That pilgrimage marked a turning point—one of full surrender—and became the foundation for his life’s work: helping others align their work, leadership, and identity with God’s calling.

Vic is the founder of The Management Sherpa, a leadership development firm focused on trust, engagement, culture, risk, and purpose-driven performance. He is also the creator of several integrative frameworks including Avodah: Spiritual Ikigai, The Surrendered in Christ Assessment, and the 4A Risk Culture OD Playbook—each blending biblical truth, behavioral science, and real-world leadership application.

As an author, Vic has written and is actively publishing multiple books, including The Way of Surrender, Seasons of Surrender, Organizational Behavior Essentials You Always Wanted to Know, and Talent Impact: Grow Your People, Grow Your Business.

Much of Vic's work is centered on faith, formation, and faithful leadership in the “in-between” seasons of life and work. His writing is known for its honesty, short reflective narratives, and deep biblical grounding.

Vic serves as an instructional designer and facilitator at Xavier University’s Leadership Center, works closely with executive teams, nonprofits, universities, and Chick-fil-A operators

Whether speaking to C-suite leaders, faith-based organizations, universities, or conferences, Vic brings a rare blend of executive credibility, spiritual depth, and practical wisdom. His talks are reflective yet actionable, challenging yet compassionate—inviting audiences to lead with trust, live with intention, and surrender what they were never meant to carry alone.

Signature Themes Include:

Surrendered Leadership and Trust-Based Cultures

Faith, Work, and Calling (Avodah)

Psychological Safety and Organizational Trust

Risk Culture, Accountability, and Adaptive Leadership

Personal Energy Management and Sustainable Leadership

Living Faithfully in the Sacred Middle

Vic speaks not just from theory—but from a surrendered life.

Adapting Selling Styles to Buyer Psychology: A Smarter Way to Win Trust and Close

Top-performing sellers don’t sell harder—they sell smarter by aligning how they sell to how buyers think, decide, and trust. This talk equips leaders and sales professionals with a practical framework for adapting selling styles to buyer psychology, increasing relevance, credibility, and close rates. Blending behavioral science, real-world sales examples, and leadership insight, participants learn how misalignment erodes trust while alignment accelerates outcomes. Designed for both mainstream and faith-based organizations, this session resonates from frontline sellers to executives—improving customer engagement, strengthening relationships, and driving sustainable, values-aligned growth.

[Faith-Based] Avodah Spiritual Ikigai: Discerning One's Purpose and Calling

Avodah Spiritual Ikigai invites faith-based leaders to rediscover work as sacred service—where calling, gifts, provision, and joy are fully aligned with God’s purposes. Rooted in biblical wisdom and lived experience, this talk challenges leaders to move beyond striving and burnout into surrendered, purpose-filled leadership. Participants gain practical insight into how faith-shaped work deepens trust, strengthens culture, and fuels sustainable impact in organizations and ministries. Designed for leaders at every level, Avodah provides a unifying framework for managers and executives seeking to lead with clarity, obedience, and lasting fruit in the work God has entrusted to them.

Building Cultures of Trust and Psychological Safety: The ROI of Trust

Trust and psychological safety are no longer “soft skills”—they are core drivers of performance, innovation, and retention. This talk equips leaders to intentionally build environments where people feel safe to speak up, take responsible risks, and hold one another accountable. Blending research-backed insights with practical leadership behaviors, participants learn how trust is formed, broken, and restored at every level of the organization. Designed for both mainstream and faith-based contexts, this session helps managers and executives create cultures where dignity, transparency, and shared responsibility unlock engagement, collaboration, and sustainable results.

Empowering and Delegative Leadership: Unlocking Ownership and Performance

Empowering leaders don’t create dependency—they create ownership. This talk challenges traditional command-and-control thinking and equips leaders to delegate with clarity, trust, and accountability. Participants learn how effective empowerment increases engagement, accelerates decision-making, and develops future leaders without sacrificing results. Blending practical leadership behaviors with values-centered principles, this session helps managers and executives shift from doing the work to growing the people who do the work. Designed for both mainstream and faith-based organizations, it provides a scalable framework for building confident teams, stronger culture, and sustainable performance through intentional, empowering leadership.

Leadership Lessons Learned from Ten-Year-Olds: Curiosity, Courage, and the Heart of Leadership

Some of the most powerful leadership lessons don’t come from boardrooms—they come from ten-year-olds. This engaging talk reframes leadership through the eyes of children who model curiosity, courage, fairness, resilience, and unfiltered honesty. Blending storytelling, research, and real-world application, leaders discover how simplicity, trust, and presence drive stronger relationships and healthier cultures. Designed for both mainstream and faith-based organizations, this session resonates with managers and executives alike—challenging leaders to unlearn complexity, lead with humility, and reconnect to the human behaviors that inspire trust, engagement, and meaningful impact.

The Surrender Project: Leading with Trust, Courage, and Clarity

The Surrender Project reframes surrender not as weakness, but as a leadership discipline that replaces control with trust, clarity, and purpose. This talk challenges high-performing leaders to let go of overcontrol, fear-based decision-making, and burnout in order to lead with greater resilience and impact. Blending practical leadership insights with deeply human principles, participants learn how surrender strengthens self-awareness, improves judgment, and builds healthier cultures. Designed for both mainstream and faith-based organizations, this session resonates from managers to executives—offering a powerful framework for leading with confidence, alignment, and sustained effectiveness.

[Faith-Based] The Surrender Project: Leading Fully Yielded Lives and Organizations

The Surrender Project calls leaders to a deeper way of living and leading—one rooted in trust, obedience, and spiritual alignment with God. This talk invites faith-based leaders to move beyond striving, self-reliance, and fear-driven leadership into a posture of daily surrender that transforms hearts, decisions, and culture. Through scripture, lived experience, and practical application, participants learn how surrender strengthens faith, sharpens discernment, and produces lasting fruit in leadership and ministry. Designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and faith-driven executives, this session equips leaders at every level to lead with humility, courage, and Christ-centered confidence.
