The author of seven business books, including her latest Reconnecting Workspaces series Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World, Jennifer Britton founded Potentials Realized, an award-winning performance improvement company in 2004. Offering coaching, training and consulting services, the focus is on teamwork, leadership, performance, with an emphasis on the virtual and remote space.
Jennifer’s first book, Effective Group Coaching (Wiley 2010), was the first book to be published on the topic of group coaching globally. Over the last decade she has become well known as one of the thought leaders in the field of expanding the coaching conversation to many with group and team coaching.
A former program manager and director with the United Nations and British and Canadian humanitarian sector, Jennifer brings a unique blend of praxis, experiential processes, in her work around leadership, teamwork and virtual conversations.
Her coaching and mentoring skills training in the health care and financial services sectors have been recognized with awards for innovation, and the Prism Award of Excellence in Coaching (ICF Toronto), and an Award of Excellence Curriculum Design (I4PL).
