I am a 30-year-old young mental health speaker who has spoken at many different events and it was in 2015, I gave my first ket note when I knew I could change people's lives. I wrote my first book last year and my soul mission is to show people that their disability does not and should not define them. Too many people have been plagued by the mental health system and that is where I come in to help break the stigma and to give people their power back.
