Tamara Jackson-Morris

Hi I'm Tamara. I'm an Actress, Speaker and Author. As a Wellness Artist, much of my work is rooted in healing and self-discovery. In everything, I desire to empower creatively.

My passions and purpose have always led me to EMPOWER people to CREATE change and transformation in their lives.

I started performing at a young age and I always recognized the transforming power of performance. Fast forward to my time in undergrad. This is where I discovered my other purpose of fitness and wellness.

I'm extremely invested in bridging the gap between artistry and wellness. As a creative, I have a heart for encouraging health in mind, body and spirit in a creative way.

But I think that my number one driving force has been my pain. From since I can remember, I was always searching for happy. I've spent many years giving too much energy to insecurities and finding my identity in limiting beliefs.

But no more! I have been on a journey of freedom and transformation. I know that my thoughts become things, my words are powerful and practice makes progress. This is not an easy journey but it's a beautiful one.
