I am passionate about growing leaders and helping organizations thrive!

Over my career, I have held many leadership positions in the front line of health care, to positions in Senior Manager and Executive levels in the Federal Government in Canada. I have led and transformed multi-million dollar organizations and achieved consensus endorsement of a National approach to mutual assistance in Emergencies. I have spoken at various local, national and international conferences, meetings and seminars.

I am graduate level educated with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. I also have a YouTube channel where I share weekly videos on leadership and coaching related topics.
