Kevon Fly is an Inspirational speaker, consultant, Ph.D. candidate, educator, and coach who values dedication, service, and hard work. As a teacher, Kevon developed a passion for helping others; and brings a unique perspective gained from growing up in a socially economically deprived area raised by his mother and great grandmother, who instilled family values he still lives by today. Whether it's your organization, sports team, employees, or company, Kevon will empower you to unleash your full potential and challenge you to commit to the process. Using real-world examples from his life and others, Kevon shows how everyone holds value and that it's up to everyone to hold each other accountable to accomplish more. Kevon learned the importance of dedication at an early age growing up in West, TN, as the oldest of 7 children in a single-parent home. Kevon's dedication, hard work, and determination to avoid a life of poverty, gangs, imprisonment, and mediocrity inspired him to earn a bachelors degree in political science from Tennessee State University, masters from Tennessee Tech University in education, and currently, a Ph.D. student at Tech in Applied Behavioral Analysis becoming the first in his family to complete all three categories. Kevon knows that dedication and the will to change his family's future have driven him to accomplish things once never seen as possibility in his family. The hardships from his life watching his family struggle and his grandmother, despite not having a lot feed all the kids in the neighborhood, inspired him to teach, inspire, and mentor thousands of students and athletes. The same passion and drive can be seen in his work and heard in his voice every time he speaks. "The message is clear either be a part of the change or get out the way."
