Dileesa Archer

Dileesa is a multifaceted speaker, recording artist, and world- renowned vocal coach endorsed by artists like R&B superstar Patti LaBelle and SWV’s Leanne “Lelee” Lyons. In 2007 she started a business now known as Dileesa’s Vocal Academy. This business has grown tremendously, now offering voice lessons, music theory, ear training, and many other services through the Develop the Artist Within You (DAWY) program. Some of the services offered through the DAWY program are branding, songwriting, and audio recording techniques. November 6, 2021 was the launch of the DAWY Conference and Showcase, founded by Dileesa.

Dileesa is passionate about sharing her experience, success, and even hardships through public speaking. She empowers women to achieve their personal and professional goals by sharing her knowledge and experience through the lens of an African American Christian woman.
