Heather Chauvin is a leadership coach who helps ambitious, overwhelmed men & women conquer their fears and improve how they lead at work and home. For the past decade, she has advocated for children’s mental health. But it wasn’t until her stage 4 cancer diagnosis in 2013 that pushed her to take a deeper stand for change, uncovering how we sabotage our own joy and freedom. She has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Real Simple Magazine, Mind Body Green, Google and many more.

When Heather isn’t being a classic Canadian by driving her boys to hockey practice, you’ll find her curled up on the couch with her husband surfing the internet, researching their next family adventure.
