Cynthia Libert, M.D. is a family physician who’s stepped out of the box of conventional medicine. She teaches at the intersection of neuroscience, lifestyle medicine and Christianity. We are sick as a human population. We are sick as a church. 50% of people have at least 1 chronic condition and 25% of the population has 2 or more. Dr. Libert’s mission is to help people prevent and reverse chronic disease, build stress resilience and create vibrant health. Her ultimate goal is to point others to Jesus, the great Physician and help them find JOY on their journey!
