Yvette has an intimate understanding of Hispanic/Latinx culture

She is an intriguing, dynamic, and inspiring presenter with more than two decades of experience as a liaison for businesses and non-profits on both sides of the U.S./Mexico border. She shares her techniques and strategies as an Adjunct Professor at UC Santa Cruz Silicon Valley Extension, UC Davis, and Portland State University. She serves as a Board of Directors for the San Jose, CA Catholic Charities, Executive Committee for the Alameda County Bar Association ADR Sector. She is an active member of many other organizations in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Yvette is a mother of two adult children and a grandmother of two beautiful children.
