Alubala is an experienced Marketing Communications Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in a multi-sectorial industry. Alubala is skilled in Branding, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Communications and Knowledge Management. Alubala possess a Master's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi with membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).
Mainly, Alubala is obsessed with personal Branding with a bias on helping teenage girls create an identity that is confident and agile enough to propel them into strong members of the society because a confident personal brand is the catapult of everything success!
Alubala is a Co-Founder at BeingYou Consult- a Marketing and Communications Social Enterprise that helps Brands (personal and corporate) maximize their potential. BeingYou Consult dedicates part of its profits towards creation of customized personal branding content aimed at mentoring teens.
Alubala,is inspired daily by her family and especially her daughter. In her free time, Alubala likes to read, curate content or go on a road trip with her family.
