I worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a State and Local Tax specialist which is where I learned to love and appreciate the complexities of state taxation. As a result of the South Dakota vs. Wayfair court case and the subsequent legislation enacted by nearly every state, I helped co-create Physcal Sales Tax LLC.
