Simone Tai

My name's Simone Tai, I'm a British meditation teacher based in LA. I teach mindfulness to leading creative companies like NBC, CBS, Hulu and Fremantle to help them reduce anxiety and overwhelm, and increase resilience and well-being especially during these difficult times.

Before this I had 20 years experience as a TV producer in London and LA working on shows like Masterchef (Fox), Fastest Car (Netflix) The Four and UK hot shows like Big Brother, I'm a Celebrity, Take Me Out...

After overcoming my fear of public speaking I did a TEDx talk and went on to create the speaking course 'Speak Like A Boss' for creatives, leader and entrepreneurs who feel anxious or awkward speaking to large groups, events, meetings or on video.

I also help support women on their fertility journey because I have been though it all myself, I write about it in the blog 'bubblesandbumps.com' and this was also the topic of my TEDx talk.

I love to talk about all of the above because I believe that sharing our stories, no matter how hard or shameful helps us feel less isolated and is how we create deep connections - something we all need to thrive on.
