Lin Thomas

Lin Rajan Thomas is the host of the Motivational Podcast - Yay Learner - Learning with Enthusiasm.

She is the author of the multicultural children's fiction book, Every Sparrow was Made to Fly. She is also a published author with Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul 2 and Preteens Talk, part of the NY Times best-selling series, published in over 32 languages and 100 countries.

She has published with ProjectManagement. com run by PMI (Project Management International). Lin was the Editor of KAGW, a non-profit organization based in the DC Metro area.

Her Training experience includes being the Primary Coach for a team that competed at the Worlds Finals of Odyssey of the Mind Tournaments. She was also a Core Values Robotics coach and a Math coach.

She has 14+ years in IT Management and also works as a Sr. Program Manager leading teams of 12 to 35 IT professionals.
