I'm an experienced technology leader, with significant experience in mobile and e-commerce, gained while leading software development, testing and delivery groups.
I am also a regular international conference speaker and trainer, having delivered talks and workshops on a variety of different topics over the last 5 years, including software delivery, quality, testing, mobile and organisational design. I have also written for a number of online and printed magazines on software quality and agile methodologies as well as co-presenting a podcast on software quality.
I have setup and led groups of between 10 and 60 permanent and outsourced staff, with budgets of up to €2M per year, including all group design, recruitment, strategic drive and performance management.
My detailed hands on experience with agile methodologies and cross team agile coaching includes leading the change to, and rollout of, the testing, quality assurance and continuous integration activities of a 60 person software quality group that transitioned from waterfall methodologies. I also organise a regular agile and lean meet-up group in London.
