I am Ashwin Shukla, a 21 year old fellow, now you must be thinking why is this guy applying to talk in such a big event! so here is the thing , my life in these 21 years hasn't been like others , I have had lows in my life , there was a time when I was even declared dead by two hospitals , but survived. I have been through depression for a long time and came out of it all by myself, I met with an accident after which the specialists said that I won’t be able to walk again as I have crushed bones of my right leg , but I suffered all the pain and with strong my will I walk now, I was left by everyone even the person I loved for three years and lost all hopes, my family did not used to support and my dreams were left long behind, there was a time when each breath I took made me cry , not to be alive anymore!
But I survived , I decided to live , I decided to suffer all the pain and become better , and all I had was hope. There is a crazy thing about hope , when everyone leaves you and you start feeling that you have lost , hope grabs your hand and makes you believe in yourself. I have been through so much in my life and all of that has made me stronger. And by your platform I aim to motivate someone who out there is suffering from similar things and have started feeling lost and just need one thing ,”HOPE”.
