Best known for my global efforts to raise responsible awareness of Y2K issues throughout the 1990s.

Current goal? To tear down existing myths surrounding the Change Process which create unnecessary difficulties when implementing Change.

Specialties: A communications expert in both the written and spoken word. Management columns in a dozen publications including Computer World, Globe and Mail online, ABA Bankers Journal, CIPS Across Canada, Municipal World.

The Seven Questions of Change

WHY? – Why is this particular Change necessary?
WIIFM? (What’s in it for me) – If we don’t address this? They listen to nothing else.
MONDAY? – What exactly will we be doing differently tomorrow?
WON’T? – What won’t Change?
MIGHT? – What might go wrong, and what are our plans to mitigate that?
WILL? – What will be difficult and what will we do to make that easier?
SIGNPOSTS? - Where are we?
