I am Master of Business Administration and a Certified Fitness Coach and Performance Specialist. I exercise my credentials every day by serving as a Regional Manager for a multi-family housing corporation and the Owner of a fitness coaching business. I am a writer and blogger and truly believe I was made to encourage others with purpose. By age 30, I have been able to build a life I love, while a six figure income, and helping others achieve their greatest potential; mentally and physically.
